“But then his 14-year-old son read about Sid’s story in the Echo and told his Dad to give away the tickets. It brought tears to my eyes.”

I’ve been blogging since 19th September, and up to now it’s been an explorative exercise in finding my writer’s voice. It’s also been highly theraputic, to the point that if I don’t put aside the time to blog it feels as if there’s been a gap in my week. It’s also been a huge success. There’ve been good weeks and bad weeks in terms of hits, but last week I broke my hit barrier with 113 views in one night. I’ve had brilliant support from friends and family, and bloggers alike.
So where to go from here? In view of branching out, yet maintaining my writing style I’m opening up my blog to requests. If you like the way I write, and have a blog-worthy story or cause, pitch me your piece and I’ll get you some publicity! I write on the subjects of student life, Leeds, travel, and debate, and most things in between. I’d love to start writing about fashion, and start typing away about sport, too. I play recreational netball and play for the Leeds University Korfball First Team. Give me a story, a debate, a cause, and I will get you noticed!
